Maintenance Support Assistant (6 months)

General Overview

​This position will report to Maintenance Department under Operations Group. 

​ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES

1. Practical knowledge of MAXIMO / SAP (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is highly preferred, as role’s key responsibility is to manage the use of Maximo within the department, as follows:

  • Work with Maintenance Planners on Job Plans / Tasks creation in MAXIMO for auto-triggering of WOs (Work Orders)
  • Work with Maintenance Planners to ensure Maintenance Plans/Schedules are aligned and reflected accurately in MAXIMO

2. Proficient in MS Office Suite (primarily Excel, Words, PowerPoint.) to: -

  • Support the Maintenance team to update daily progress status – in excel format and MAXIMO system
  • Generation of Maintenance Progress Reports/ KPIs Reports i.e. WOs Tracking for PM, CM, PdM

3. Risk Assessments Expiry Monitoring and Tracking

4. 3rd Party (including Statutory) Certifications Validity / Expiry Monitoring and Tracking

5. Support listing, tracking (expiry & revisions) and minor amendments of Maintenance SOPs

6. Logistic planning i.e. application of JI passes for vendors into SLNG for maintenance work

7.Support Maintenance Team in administering daily tasks and functions

8.Support the Maintenance team to update daily progress status – in excel format and CMMS

9. Support the filing of checklists from maintenance work

10. Support the maintenance team in the creation of permit (electronics Permit system) as required.  

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in any field.
