Graduate Development Programme
The SLNG Graduate Development Programme provides fresh graduates with a unique opportunity to gain insights into Singapore’s first LNG Terminal, be exposed to the full spectrum of our business operations, and work on interesting projects.
Successful candidates will be put through an 18-month structured programme, with regular evaluations by our Management team; and will be given opportunities to showcase their talents and capabilities. On completion of the programme, candidates will be assigned to a Business Group which best fits their potential and interests.
The SLNG Graduate Development Programme is open to well-rounded, fresh Singaporean/PR graduates who meet the following requirements:
First Class Honours or Second Class (Upper Division) Honours degree.
A high level of intellectual capacity in an Engineering discipline.
Achievement-oriented with a positive learning attitude.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Adaptable & works well in teams.
Readily available for short-term overseas postings.
Willingness to attain practical hands-on experience both in the field and in the office.
