Mr Gan is Chairman of Singapore LNG Corporation Pte Ltd. He also serves on the Council of Presidential Advisors; is a Board Member of SG Enable, the focal agency for disability and inclusion in Singapore (after co-chairing the Singapore Enabling Master Plan 2030); and a member of the Advisory Council of Deloitte South East Asia.
Prior to joining SLNG, Mr Gan was Vice-Chairman and Honorary Treasurer of the Singapore Business Federation (SBF), as well as Chairman of GlobalConnect@SBF. He was formerly Chairman and Managing Director of ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd; President and Director of ExxonMobil China Petroleum and Petrochemical Company Ltd; and a Board Director in ExxonMobil’s joint ventures in China.
He was conferred the Singapore Public Service Medal (PBM) in 2023, the Distinguished Engineering Alumni Award by the National University of Singapore in 2018 and the Medal of Commendation (Gold) by the National Trades Union Congress in 2017.
Mr Hari Dass has been in legal practice in Singapore for over 44 years, and is currently a Consultant with Haridass Ho & Partners. He specialises in all shipping and admiralty matters, and has conducted several major arbitration cases in Singapore over the years, as Arbitrator, as Counsel and as Mediator/Conciliator.
He is a Senior Accredited Specialist (Maritime & Shipping) with the Singapore Academy of Law, and a Panel Member of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration and the Asian International Arbitration Centre in Kuala Lumpur. He was formerly a Justice of the Peace and had served as a Magistrate of the States Court in Singapore.
Mr Foo is Senior Partner of Cyber for NCS Group, where he leads its Cybersecurity business and is also responsible for its internal Cybersecurity functions. Mr Foo has extensive experience in IT, security and operations from the public sector; and in leading cybersecurity, strategy, and Mergers & Acquisitions in the private sector.
Prior to joining NCS, he was Managing Director, Head of Public Sector at Temus. Before that, he was the Group Chief Information Security Officer at Certis Group; CEO of Quann Asia Pacific; and had served in the Administrative Service of the Singapore Government, where his last appointment was Senior Director in the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Mr Goh has had an illustrious career spanning 32 years with Chevron Chemicals, where he last held the position of Vice President, Commercial. During his time there, he had taken on pivotal roles in the development and expansion of Chevron Chemicals’ global business, including leadership roles in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Global Technology and Global Commercial. He was instrumental in the construction of both the Singapore and China Lubricating Oil Additives Manufacturing Plants, and oversaw the development of lubricant additives technology for lower carbon transportation fuels.
Mr Goh spent many years as a Board Member of the Singapore Chemical Industry Council (SCIC) and had assumed the role of its Vice Chairman, prior to his departure. He also contributed to the development of the Chemical Industry Transition Map, as part of the Future Economy Committee – Manufacturing, led by the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
Mr Goh is currently also on the Board of Chemical Industries (Far East) Limited, as an Independent Director.
Ms Ong has some 35 years of experience in financial functions, corporate planning, mergers and acquisitions and project financing. She was previously the Group Chief Financial Officer of The Straits Trading Company Limited, and a non-independent, non-executive Director of Malaysia Smelting Corporation Berhad, which is listed on the Main Boards of Bursa Malaysia and SGX-ST.
Prior to joining Straits Trading, she was Executive Vice President of Sembcorp Industries Ltd and had served as a Board Director of various companies within the energy, water and marine sectors. She started her career with DBS Bank Ltd before moving on to Deloitte & Touche, and is currently a Fellow of both the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and CPA Australia.
Mr Ngiam Shih Chun is Deputy Secretary (Policy) at the Ministry of Home Affairs, where he oversees policy, planning, international cooperation, research and statistics, legal and psychological services.
He is also concurrently the Deputy Chairman of Yellow Ribbon Singapore and sits on the Board of the Gambling Regulatory Authority, the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, Singapore Gas Company Pte Ltd, Singapore Anglican Community Services, the Diocese of Singapore Development Board and the Middle East Institute (NUS).
Mr Ngiam was formerly the Chief Executive of the Energy Market Authority from 2018 to July 2024, and Deputy Secretary (Industry) at the Ministry of Trade and Industry from 2012 to 2018. He has held various appointments in the Emeritus Senior Minister's Office, the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports, and the Ministry of Education.
Mr Ngiam was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 2016 and the Public Administration Medal (Gold) in 2024.
Ms Doreen Tan is an Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman of Metis Energy Limited, a renewable energy group listed on SGX. She is also a Board Member and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Nanyang Polytechnic, and serves as Finance Committee Member at Mount Alvernia Hospital.
Ms Tan early-retired from KPMG Singapore after 24 years in the audit profession, of which she spent 10 years as an Audit Partner. Her experience spans across diverse industries such as manufacturing, trading, construction, shipping, healthcare, and investment funds; and across entities that include Singapore-listed companies, start-ups, charities, statutory boards, government-linked entities and multinational corporations. She was also part of the ESG Assurance sector, with experience in green financing and sustainability reporting.
Mr Leong is Chief Executive Officer of SLNG. He is also a Board Member of PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency.
Prior to his appointment as CEO, he was a member of SLNG’s Board for two years. Before that, he enjoyed a career of more than 28 years with the Shell Group, where he served in various roles across several portfolios in Refining, Chemicals, Trading and Supply, based in Singapore and the United Kingdom. He was also previously a board member of Shell Eastern Petroleum (Pte) Ltd and Shell Eastern Trading Limited, which included an appointment as President of SIETCO. His senior regional responsibilities spanned geographies East of Suez.
Beyond the commercial realm, Wei Hung has contributed towards the development of the next generation of leaders as an Adjunct Associate Professor with the Nanyang Business School, and a Mentor and Resource Person with the Philip Yeo Initiative.
