Mr Hari Dass has been in legal practice in Singapore for over 44 years, and is currently a Consultant with Haridass Ho & Partners. He specialises in all shipping and admiralty matters, and has conducted several major arbitration cases in Singapore over the years, as Arbitrator, as Counsel and as Mediator/Conciliator. 

He is a Senior Accredited Specialist (Maritime & Shipping) with the Singapore Academy of Law, and a Panel Member of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration and the Asian International Arbitration Centre in Kuala Lumpur. He was formerly a Justice of the Peace and had served as a Magistrate of the States Court in Singapore.
