Mr Goh is an Independent Director on the Board of Chemical Industries (Far East) Limited. He has had an illustrious career spanning 32 years with Chevron Chemicals, where he last held the position of Vice President, Commercial. During his time there, he had taken on pivotal roles in the development and expansion of Chevron Chemicals’ global business, including leadership roles in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Global Technology and Global Commercial. He was instrumental in the construction of both the Singapore and China Lubricating Oil Additives Manufacturing Plants, and oversaw the development of lubricant additives technology for lower carbon transportation fuels.

Mr Goh spent many years as a Board Member of the Singapore Chemical Industry Council (SCIC) and had assumed the role of its Vice Chairman, prior to his departure. He also contributed to the development of the Chemical Industry Transition Map, as part of the Future Economy Committee – Manufacturing, led by the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
