Ms Doreen Tan is an Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman of Metis Energy Limited, a renewable energy group listed on SGX. She is also a Board Member and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Nanyang Polytechnic, and serves as Finance Committee Member at Mount Alvernia Hospital.

Ms Tan early-retired from KPMG Singapore after 24 years in the audit profession, of which she spent 10 years as an Audit Partner. Her experience spans across diverse industries such as manufacturing, trading, construction, shipping, healthcare, and investment funds; and across entities that include Singapore-listed companies, start-ups, charities, statutory boards, government-linked entities and multinational corporations. She was also part of the ESG Assurance sector, with experience in green financing and sustainability reporting.
